My story

I’ve spent my career (nearly 30 years) supporting the Federal Government in and out of uniform and helping organizations operate in high-stakes environments across DoD, Special Operations, Foreign Military, and the Intelligence Community—where execution matters and failure isn’t an option. Along the way, I saw a common issue: growth wasn’t failing because of effort, but because of lack of structure, alignment, disciplined execution and deep understanding of the client’s mission .

Today, I work as a fractional CRO, CSO, and CGO to fix that. I don’t advise from the sidelines—I build pipeline, drive deals, and create revenue momentum. My focus is helping organizations move from inconsistent, reactive selling to a predictable, scalable growth engine.
